Scroll through them to find one you like. Click on the one you like. If you have already bought business card stock (available in the paper section of most department and discount stores), make sure the card template you have chosen will fit your card stock. Click "Download." The template should automatically open in Microsoft Word. Customize the contact information, fonts and colors, load your template paper and print your cards. It is important to make sure the printer cartridges have plenty of ink and that the paper is loaded and fed straight to create the highest-quality, most professional cards.

Online Business Card Services

Hundreds of printing services offer business cards to order online. Choose a template or upload your own design. Customize your contact information and place your order, using a credit card or PayPal. Most companies require a minimum order, but some have relatively low numbers for minimum orders. These are more expensive than printing them yourself, but they are usually higher quality than you can achieve at home.
