  • You only need one fallopian tube to become pregnant. If the ovary associated with that tube is healthy and producing eggs, and if the tube is not blocked or damaged, normal conception can occur. It's possible that your ovaries might trade off ovulating, so you may be fertile some months, but not others. Over-the-counter ovulation tests can help you confirm ovulation.
