    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

According to OPI Products, Inc., DBP (bibutyl phthalate) was removed from all OPI nail polishes, hardeners and treatments as of Spring 2006. DDP is not an ingredient in nail polish. The initials symbolize several things, but they don't represent anything present in OPI products or in nail polish.
