Referal websites, You sign 12 people up to a ringtone webstie for example.. they send you a free xbox 360/ps3/whatever.. most people think it's a scam, it's NOT. It works because when somebody signes up (With their phone) they are sent 3 messages at a cost of £2.50 per message.. so £7.50 in total x 14 people is like £105 that they have made from your referals. Now take into account the trade price the company actually pays per xbox360 unit, you will find they do not lose money at all.
SO BASICALLY, you order 14 free simcards (Free simcards can be ordered from HUNDREDS of websites, usually they come with £5 credit) You top each to the value of £10 (So you will usually have to top up £5 per phone - Total cost to you = £70) then you use each simcard to register to the website, once they have sent you the 3 texts and you have been charged £7.50 it will count as 1 referal, once all 14 referals are confirmed they will ship your reward.. The only problem is these websites usually trace IP addresses, so you will have to register each simcard to the website from a different computer.... Which really isn't that hard if you ask friends, use work computers, library computers etc.... When the reward comes, sell it on Ebay... Total cost to you for the reward will be £70... You can usually sell the reward for double that.
