Just pop some metal into your record player/tape player/8track/minidisc/mp3 player and press play. Not sure how specific I can get with a recommendation if I don't know what you like. Maybe you like something consumer-friendly, like Five Finger Death Punch or Disturbed, or maybe that's too watered-down for you and only the most bitter concentrated stuff will do, like "Demolisher" by Slaughter to Prevail or "Blood Eagle" by Periphery. Or maybe somewhere in between? Lamb of God's "Laid to Rest" is one way I like to release negative energy. If you don't like the extremely conspicuously placed f-bomb in the song, "Now You've Got Something to Die For" is almost as effective.
