If you were to stalk someone, would you keep out of sight, or allow your target to spot you every now & then to ramp up the fear?

I was stalked, he kept out of site, but you always go with your gut. it is always right. Salkers are bullys and cowards,unhappy, insecure, sick, and usually on drugs. They are paranoid, and the devil lives in them and but in the end they always destroy themselves. They NEVER stalk anyone that's bigger then them. Restraining orders don't work, because they always run before the cops come because they are cowards. You always know when then there, What is there to be scared of ? death? Well, that depends on the purpose for which you stalk. If youre a mass murderer who enjoys striking fear in people's hearts, then sure, go ahead and make yourself seen and unseen by the stalkee. Put hate messages on his house, trash his car, kick his dog.

If your trying to gather up information on whoever you're stalking, then the right choice of action is NOT to be seen and NOT to draw attention upon yourself.

If you allow yourself to be seen- you've failed in your stalking attempts.

What you have to do- is to get them thinking that you MIGHT be around. Not an actual proof that you're there. If they have proof, then they can get a restraining order.

If they have any number of 'possible' indications that you're around, but nothing definite, they'll come across as a paranoid mental case to the authorities.
