It's normal for the color to change when you're aroused. That's blood going down into the genital region. It's the same thing that gives men erections, and makes some women's tongues get cold during orgasm.
If your skin changes color more than most when you're aroused, my theory would be that you happen to be wired to enjoy sex a LOT, which would be a good thing.
