i just bought a USB disc drive to save my music from my itunes on my PC

, and is it even possible to transfer those songs to my MAC laptop? plz help!

I think what you do is plug in your USB drive, open it up in finder, click on the song, and iTunes automatically opens and imports the song. It is possible because I've done it.
