Does anyone know of a windows NotePad that has two or more column features to it so you can look at text side by side?

There's a text editor named Ultraedit in which you can have more than one file open at a time and resize their windows so they would be side by side. It also highlights various programming and scripting language syntaxes; and hex editing. Very powerful. It's not free but there is a demo period.
