Cut out carbs and make sure you excersize regularly, with at least an hour of cardio a week if you are a beginner. Find that doing squats is always good for butt, and crunches on a swiss ball works well to flatten tummy. Good Luck! It takes some dedication, but anyone can do it.
Lot of cardio and a low carb & low sugar diet have always worked for me.
Go to "Zero Carb Path." Just follow the simple guidelines given. It worked like a charm for me.

Losing weight is an easy thing for anybody if they would just eat the right foods. Unfortunately the government, big food companies, well-meaning educators, and vegetarian activists have been giving us the worst advice possible. It's no coincidence that America has had an obesity and diabetes epidemic just when the government started coming out with their guidelines on "healthy" eating.
