Minangkabau is a maternal tribe in West Sumatra. Mostly Muslims. 9 million strong. Not that any of this really matter. The only point I'm trying to convery here is their food tasted great, very exotic and mouth-watering. Have you ever tasted Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese cuisine? Well, it's none like that. Surely you've tasted Italian, French, Spanish, Greece, Turkish cuisine? It's no like that either, nor it taste like Israeli, Arabs, African cuisine.
If you are a food lover, seriously this is one cuisine you won't want to miss. Of course if you can go there that would be even better. I don't know what took you so long. Seriously, try it or your life isn't complete yet LOL
