• Very real. I've overcome a lot. Trust me, anyone can do it. Unfortunately, it usually takes hitting a very low low to get there. I've been there myself. That's why I can answer so many questions. I've experienced a lot in my life and have seen both sides.

• I wish! No I live in rural Scotland and my village is about the size of one block; it is almost the opposite of Manhattan! However, I holiday there as often as I can and work to fund my next visit.

• Grand Junction has good year around climate. not to cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Mountains close by and close to good fishing and hunting. close to good 4x4ing and things to see. If you are a golfer and a skier you can go sking in the morning and if not to tired play golf in the afternoon during the winter. there is both good down hill and cross country skiing close by.
  
  I have never been to Stirling UK but the woman I love lives there and if she could not come to the USA I would like to go there and live there. But it is more expensive to live there. But since you say I would be a rich man that would not bother me at all.
