I have gone to a car wash but I will not wait if the line is too long. I usually do this in the winter when running an outside hose is not a good idea. Washing your own car in your own driveway allows you to do a more thorough job. I wax my car every other month. That you want to do on your own. The wax you find in car washes are low quality.
