Help answer this question below.

Does anyone know of a way to fix a V12 slim PS2 that is not reading or spinning discs properly? The laser moves into reading position, then flashes twice, and the motor attempts to spin the game, moving it 1/4 to 1/8 of a turn, then clicks, and repeats.

    Try to clean the lens.
    Take a q tip and dip one side with alcohol
    Use that side to clean the lens gently
    Then take the other side and wipe it clean
