No. I don't think eleven is of legal age anywhere in the USA or Europe, so chances are you could be charged with various crimes. Why would you want to? I'm sure a fifth grade girl can't be all that interesting to a college student. What exactly do you two talk about, anyways?

Laws regarding conversations between adults and minors vary by country. The chance of legality varies between just chatting about common interests which is legal in most countries if not all, to discussing meeting in person which is illegal in most countries. Romantic chat, and sexually explicit chat falls somewhere in between.
I believe in the UK sexual chat and sometimes romantic has been deemed illegal while in the US both are legal up until either discussing meeting or exchanging photos. I am however not a lawyer and laws regarding children change yearly. When in doubt of local laws the police or a lawyer should be contacted.
I should also note that while certain discussions may be legal, it may be grounds for a warrant to search for related illegal materials such as child porn.
