For a country so overly concerned with political correctness, why is it that we have racial check boxes on all of our paperwork?

    Do you guys not have the 'prefer not to disclose' box. Anything that asks me what race I am, I never disclose that info, If race doesn't matter to them... Then why do they want to know mine!? That and the fact my race is obvious by my name..

    to make sure people get jobs for their race and not their 'qualifications'...I lost one 10 yrs. ago because they wanted more of a certain color....went to the top and challenged it ...it was discrimination....they called me back saying they changed their mind....it was a great job....
    but today , MLK"S dream is realized, thank Heaven, and such boxes are socially and politically INCORRECT....
