HELP!!!!!!!!!
I really need helpful advice! I am starting to really stress out about my acne problems and I could use some friendly advice

My acne is finally starting to clear up after about a week or so of making alot of changes in my daily lifestyle. I know that acne can't just clear up overnight, but I would like to find something to help with it really really fast! I don't like having acne at all, it makes me depressed and very self concious about my body. Lately I have gotten it on my chest, my shoulders and my back, not fun at all :( I need it to be completely gone in less than 2 weeks when I go to visit my boyfriend, I know that he will still love me, but how can you feel beautiful with acne?! If anyone has any HELPFUL and/or FRIENDLY advice I would love a response, it may help me stop freaking out so much :) lol

    Try to shower as soon as possible after your workout since sweat combined with skin oils can trap dirt and bacteria in your pores.
    Don’t go to bed with makeup on. It can clog your pores and lead to breakouts.
    Make sure to clean cosmetic brushes regularly in soapy water and throw out old, contaminated makeup

    .i had oily skin and acne...but got rid of it...
    exercise regularly, try to be fresh whole day ,jog,run,do some jumping rope , wash ur hair properly(get rid of dandruff) ,dont take red meat (pork ,beef etc).......take green tea ...be active .....get involved in some thing serious, so u forget about ur skin .....
    trust me i tried these .... now i hav clear skin ......

    Rather than dwelling on what you perceive as ugly, focus on something about yourself you find beautiful. Look in the mirror, focus on what you do like and tell yourself how beautiful you are. I know it's hard to do and it sounds silly, but it works. You can't necessarily change your acne, but you can change your thoughts and how you react to it.
