Stress or excitement(like christmas)
If your relaxing in bed after a day full of stress, you might keep on thinking about it.
Its hard to sleep when u have problems cause when ur alone in the dark trying to relax and rest that's when everything starts to pop up on ur brain
Nothing.
I'm a light sleeper, so light and noise of any kind will keep me up. I often have to sleep with earplugs in when it's raining so I won't be lying awake until two in the morning.
I say always get the things you wanna do out the way so you don't spend the whole night thinking and thinking about it. Sleeping should be peaceful, but if there are things on your mind then you can never sleep well.
Stress from school, sports, parents etc. And my knee, which has steadily declined for the past 2 football (soccer) seasons... Fortunately/unfortunately I destroyed it this season, and had surgery last week... Maybe it'll get better.
