It will just be passed on to the consumer. The same consumer who always pays the bills when the politicans want to tax a segment of the economy.
It unfairly focuses on the middle class females who more frequent the services.
I am a lower class male who uses them,,I build and improve the shops for traded time in the booths/beds,etc,,I see more than a few posts at the stores/spas where they are asking the clients to write to their political offices and complain that this is unfair and should be rejected..I totally agree with them.
Well, being that healthcare reform was not supposed to bring new taxes or increase the deficit, I think it stinks.
Of course no one with a brain as big as a pea believed Obama's promises, and are not surprised that none of them are being kept -- other than change is coming. Too bad none of it is good.
