Your question seems to have been truncated, but making each chapter a new section and re-starting page numbering from 1 at each section break will do what I think you want.
When using Word 2000 is it possible to use a header on the first page of a document and suppress it in further pages within the same document?

On Microsoft Word, is there anyway that you can turn the page sideways, and type longways instead of up and down? I can't seem to figure it out! HELP! Need answer fast!

When I print a Microsoft Word document in landscape the right hand margin is a centimeter wider than it should be according to the ruler, which means I have to cut a strip off. The gutter is set for the left hand side. Any ideas please?

Click the mouse at the point you want the section break to be.
Depending on your version of Word you will find the section break on either the Insert or Page Layout menu.
