No, as an employee you cannot demand that your supervisor be fired. You may take the steps to be sure his superiors are aware of his behavior. His behavior may give you a cause of action against him or your employer; no way to say as you provided no facts.
I'm a minor and was a victim of robbery/assualt. My family was issued a paper on the courtdate. Do i need to go if i write a victim impact?
