Help answer this question below.
take a SMALL handful of tools to do it, but its a pretty easy task. take the top part of the radiator shroud off, usually about 3 bolts on the top, and 2 on each sides. that will give you plenty of room. now you will see the fan shaft coming from the waterpump, 4 bolts take that off. once you get that off, pull the fan out, and theres usually 4 bolts on the clutch. make sure you remember which way the fan faces...mark it somehow, if you put it on the opposite way, it wont function properly. i just did this to my 91 blazer, mgiht be a pinch different in sizes of the bolts, but i used a 13mm wrench, socket, and a 10mm socket. should only take about 10 minutes. if your having a problem with the thing spining while youre trying to unbolt it, use a screw driver or something to hold the shaft straight at a stud and the shaft for counter-force. if you are trying to get more heat out of your heater, also try dropping in a section of cardboard between the radiator and condensor. i used that trick til i could afford the 50$ for the clutch. mine was seized, cooled too much.
