You're reading What muscle groups should I work out together each day? And how many days a week should I work out and how many days should I rest?
Comments
What I've been doing so far is:
day1: chest and triceps
day2: biceps and back
day3: legs
day4: Shoulders and deltoids
I skip legs all the time though, and sometimes it feels like I'm working a muscle group on a day when I shouldn't be, like when I work chest, I'll feel back for example.
