    "Who Let the Dogs Out" was first recorded for the 1998 Carnival season in Trinidad and Tobago by Anslem Douglas. In 1999, British singer Jonathan King released it under the name Fatt Jakk and his Pack of Pets. The Baha Men re-released the song in 2000 for the movie "Rugrats in Paris."
