You do not dip corn tortillas in enchilada sauce before frying them. To make enchiladas, first prepare the filling, and then fry the tortillas. Next, dip the tortillas in enchilada sauce to soften them so that they are easier to work with. Then fill them.
On the Other: You Do Not Have to Ever Dip Them in the Sauce
As you fry a tortilla, do not remove it from the pan. Simply lift it when it browns a little and put another tortilla underneath. Do this until you have fried all your tortillas. Keeping the tortillas in the pan while frying keeps them soft, so that you do not need to soften them by dipping them in the sauce.

Whichever method you choose, you can make a great enchilada meal using tortillas, filling, enchilada sauce and cheese. With both methods, after you fill your enchilada, roll it and place it in a pan. After all the enchiladas are in the pan, pour the enchilada sauce over the top so that it covers all the enchiladas, sprinkle some cheese on top, bake and enjoy.
