    Cholesterol limit is the amount of low density lipoprotein (bad fat), high density lipoprotein (good fat), and triglycerides that one can have in the human body; current levels are determined via blood test. Normal levels include: LDL below 100mg, triglycerides below 150 mg, HDL below 40mg (men) and 50mg (women), and overall cholesterol level below 200mg.
