<h4 class="dechead">On One Hand: Yes, You Can
It is possible to have moles under the eyebrows removed. Doctors recommend removal and biopsy of any moles that are asymmetrical, have irregular borders, contain odd colors or are larger than the head of a pencil eraser.
On the Other: Brow Loss Possible
Depending on the size and placement of the mole, it is possible that removing it will cause your eyebrows to stop growing. Often, after a mole is removed from any part of the body, hair doesn't grow in that area anymore or grows back in a different color or direction. Ask your doctor about brow regrowth and alternatives to mole removal.
Bottom Line
Talk to your dermatologist. He or she should be able to tell you if removing your mole will cause loss of eyebrow hair and, if it will, recommend regrowth treatment. Keep in mind that if the mole is small, it's possible it isn't really that visible under your eyebrow; the only person noticing it most likely is you.
