On the Other: Frontline Plus May Help Prevent Anemia
Cats with CRF often develop anemia. A flea infestation can make anemia worse, since the fleas feed on the cat's blood. Frontline Plus can clear up a flea infestation or prevent one, thereby reducing the chances of anemia in your CRF cat.

Although Frontline Plus may be harmless to a CRF cat, there are risks. Never use Frontline Plus or any over-the-counter flea medication without consulting your veterinarian. He knows your cat's medical history and the specific effects that CRF has on your cat.
