On the Other: There Are Other Reputable Brands
Northern Tool & Equipment, considered by many to be the leading authority on compressors, recommends several higher-end brands ahead of Husky or Campbell Hausfeld, which manufactures Husky's compressors.
Bottom Line
If money's no object, you might be able to do better than a Husky air compressor. That said, Husky models get very high marks from experts and are likely to serve most users well. Buying from a store that allows no-questions-asked returns will give you the opportunity to try a Husky air compressor out for yourself to decide whether it's right for you.
