  • Relacore is a weight loss supplement. As with any medication or supplement, there are potential side effects, problems and other things that the consumer should be aware of before beginning to take it. As important as getting to a healthy weight is, it is even more important to make sure you are using things that will help keep you healthy along your weight loss journey.

    Precautions

Women who are pregnant or nursing should notify the doctor before beginning to take Relacore or any other medication. People who have diabetes, any bleeding problems, allergies to food, preservatives, dyes or any other allergies, should consult their doctor before taking Relacore because they are more likely to have side effects or other problems with it than other people are.

    Blood

Some people, especially those who are diabetic, may see some changes and problems with their blood. Also at risk for blood problems are people who have bleeding disorders or take blood thinner medications.

    Drug Interactions

There are many medications that Relacore may interact with, including medications to treat anxiety, cholesterol, diabetes, breast cancer, antibiotics, blood thinners and MAOIs (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors).

    Overdose

Overdosing on Relacore may result in diarrhea, confusion, weak muscles, breathing problems, heart rhythm abnormality, coma, cardiac arrest and even death. The overdose symptoms are similar to what the symptoms of magnesium overdose might be because one of the main ingredients is magnesium.

    Studies

There have not been enough studies done to prove or disprove the safety of Relacore for weight loss.
