The last one is Tribulus. Tribulus is an herb that causes your body to secrete more Luteinizing hormone. This hormone in men tells your body to manufacture more testosterone.     Use an Estrogen Blocker

    The body has an enzyme called aromatase that turns testosterone into estrogen.
