I think the simplest way is to:
1 go to the specific website,
2 press the print-screen button (often abbreviated to prnt scrn or something like it),
3 go to ms-paint,
4 press ctrl-V (paste),
5 Save the file somewhere and remember where
6 Search the file in explorer and right-click it
7 hit the 'use as background' option
8 enjoy annoying your collegues by removing all shortcuts and making them think the computer is frozen!
another VERY effective and VERY fun alternative is to do the exact same, but then not for a webpage, but rather a print-screen of the desktop as it usually is, including the shortcuts. Always works :P
