my daughter got an mp4 player for xmas and it stopped working and won't charge.can someone please help me

    You should make suer whether the Lithium battery of mp4 player has any energy and USB cable is damaged. So you can change USB cable to charge it and then check it.
    If these are not useful, i suggest you to contact your seller.

    You should go return it back to the store with receipt ASAP. Maybe or they give you a refund or a new brand of the item. What kind was it Coby?
