Reluctance to trust, and to give a second chance in life. Sad, isn't it?
It's a question of trust. You couldn't be trusted to follow society's rules, why should I expect you to follow the rules of my company?

It's really hard to gain employment, I've been released from prison 2yrs, working part-time facilitating classes that I facilitated while incarcerated call Impact of Crime on Victims Class, I love my job but I only make $40 per class with only 3 classes per week. Not enough to take of myself and family, I have over 5yrs experience in customer service but the felony conviction, disqualifies me from society, life as a whole.

Yes, I fully understand your position...you want very much to turn your life around (kudos and hugs, friend!) but the conviction is a roadblock unless you can convince a judge to expunge your record (may or may not be possible, depends on the nature of the offense) based on your efforts to reintegrate into society...you are currently facilitating classes...perhaps you might consider taking classes online, working toward an associate degree in social work or in education? Hard to advise without knowing your specifics, but don't want you to reveal too many details on a general public website...you might want to check out Fastweb, for help in finding grants and scholarships which will help you return to school and work toward a degree which will enable you to provide for your famiy without resulting to further criminal actions. Here are a couple of links which should help, read through the first fully and click on appropriate links and then please, please sign up with Fastweb and fill out your profile fully and honestly...Fastweb is a free service and will find more information for you on furthering your education than you ever knew existed. Best wishes, hugs and blessings friend, to yourself and your family.
