I've been on the pill for a few years now, but I always get break through bleeding usually a week before my period starts. I had unprotected sex on day 21 of my birth control pills. So now I am worried that because I started bleeding even while still taking my pills there is a chance I could be pregnant. I have been getting cramps and more discharge then usual, so am I reading into this too much or could I actually be pregnant?

I don't think you are pregnant.
When I have sex while on the pill my period changes a little. I get more discharge. My period can be a day late or start early. My cramps also get much much worse than I'm used too. I think it's just normal because your hormones are changing a bit, or something like that.
That's just my opinion from personal experience.
