Cats in the wild go around in harems, er, packs, um prides - what ever you call the groupings.

It is natural for a harem of females to not only get pregnant at the same time but to raise the kits jointly.

If mom is ill (which any animal can suffer from any number of minor ills after delivery) she may not feel up to the task of feeding. Instinctual preservation of the young for, as you may know, mother's milk can carry with it many diseases which can harm the young.

Most likely as the litters are birthed and you find yourself up to the neck in kits that all three moms will share the nursing of all the kits. One big (very big) happy family.

However if she does start showing other signs of disinterest, like not cleaning the young or coming to them when they cry, she may be sick and need to see a vet.
