I have used Androgel for the purpose of restoring my overall energy level. It had positive results,I am not sure if it was the actual gel that helped or my mind set. The reason I say this is, in the back of my mind I think "ohh, testosterone! ah ah ah.
I did have a minor side effect and that is one of my testicles slightly ascended instead of hanging low in the sack. That side effect is completely reversible with lower dosage or ending usage.

I was on Androgel for several months, didn't notice any effects at all, good or bad. Sorry, I know that doesn't help but that's just one opinion.
