Since you need information (you do!!!), GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD and they will teach you the basic facts. Learn how not to get pregnant until you WANT to a Mom. Really try to get your boyfriend to go with you -- both of you need to get your knowledge on.

YES you can. There may still be sperm present, even if he thinks he has "wiped off" thoroughly. There may also be sperm still present in his urethra, where the sperm came out from. The only way to prevent pregnancy is to not have sex.
If you do have sex, use birth control and wear a condom to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. :)

Yes you can get pregnant even. Men, like women get moisture out the tip. It's clear people call it pre cum and it has sperm. Inside your vagina, is like a vaccum to pick those little buddies up and carry them up to your egg. Really if you don't want to get pregnant get birth control or wrap it up.
