I'm not pregnant or have a baby. I'm 16. I think you shouldn't have had a baby, but i think it's good that you're keeping it. That's real nice. Just be ready to be stressed, and in pain, and sad sometimes. You'll yell at each other and say rude things...but that happens. Don't be afraid to ask people for help. Stay strong and just love your baby. your baby loves you. don't put yourself down for being young or not being able to get this or that or do this or that. you have a baby now, and they'll love you forever.

I'm 18 turning 19 and i've been brought up like a princess, i'm happy and healthy. My mum was 17 when she had me and worked so hard so I could have the besy in life, Age dosn't matter as long as you love your baby, yes it's going to be hard work, yes you'll miss out on fun but it was your desision so well done! It would be easyer if you where older but it's happened and I'm sure you'll love that baby as much as anyone older who gives birth. I hope you have a good birthing experiance if you have any questions in your birthing prosess let me know my mum is a midwife and i'll find out as soon as i can for you

Why are you keeping the baby? Have you and the father married? Are you self-sufficient?

Yeah, let’s talk about what you're going through...
If you're pregnant, it's because you intended to get pregnant and you both carried out that plan by not using two methods of birth control when having sex.
There really is no such thing as accidental pregnancy. If you don't intend to have a baby then you take birth control pills and he uses condoms.
If there's some reason why you don't or can't use one of those methods then you could also use the safe days method of birth control by marking off your fertile days on a calendar and anybody that can count to 28 can do that.
So,,, as you are already pregnant, you might want to take some future precautions so you won't be having baby #2 about the same time next year.
    Good luck to you both.
