• You need to take a test. What's the point of stressing yourself out about this if you're *not* pregnant, you know what I mean? And the sooner you know if you are pregnant the more options you will have available. If you get too far along in pregnancy there are some things you won't be able to do that you would've if you had known sooner. Please, take that advice and find out if you're really pregnant.

• You really do need to take a test swetie if your embarressed about getting one go to a shop you never go to. If you are then talk to your family weigh up all you options. I pray you use this advice

• well lets see here. if you had a brain you would done and read when i said me and my BOYFRIEND... im keeping the baby because i dont believe in abortions or adoptions. and also it was me and my boyfriends fault and not the baby's.

• I'm not the pregnant teen here so we needn't compare brains. Yes, it's you and your boyfriend's fault. Nothing you have said indicates any level of maturity or understanding that what is best for the child should be the top priority.
  
  You are just a kid and babies deserve married adult parents. You said in another comment that both you and your boyfriend intended for this to happen. This says that you have no clue what being a parent means and how you should have been prepared for parenthood. You both show a very low maturity level. I hope you will consider allowing a financially viable, married couple adopt your baby.

• me and my boyfriend have already talked about our options..
  and yed the baby is my top priority. hence the reason no abortion, no adoption.
  and yes we did intend on this to happen and now that it has we accept that we were the ones who did this and so we decided to make sure we give our baby what we never had..
  and the comment about a baby needing adult married couples? im sorry but this isnt the 1960's..
  im not the first to have a baby with just a boyfriend and i wont be the last..
  not to sound mean but you sound just like my grandmother.
  and anyone who tries to get me to get RID of my baby, either adoption or abortion needs to not write/talk to me. i am keeping it because its mine, its apart of me, and i love my baby inside of me.
  i am so protective over my baby and im only five weeks yet.
  
  my biggest worry was me not being a good enough mom, but now after experiencing a few things i feel a lot better and feel like i can do this now. plus my mom is here and helping me with this whole entire thing. and she supports my decision on keeping it..
  yes i am young but only a year from 18?
  so what does it matter?
  as soon as i turn 18 me and my boyfriend have planned for a YEAR now to go get married...
  and the baby would only be almost 4 months when i do turn 18.
  me and him have everything figured out.
  and we can make it because we're fighters and we'll do whatever it takes to make it work.

• this is for Manyword i didn't get married to have a child u may have different believes but most people have accidents to fall pregnant its both of their faults and as well as myself its mine and my ex boyfriends fault. i was born with no dad so i don't get why would u think marriage has to do with anything

• I agree. You don't have to be married to have a child. You shouldn't be preaching to people about giving their child away for adoption because they're not married. Babies deserve a mother AND a father not necessarily married. Could they not be together forever *without* being married? Jeez.

• my biggest worries are i wont be a good enough mom.. i have no idea what the first thing is to taking care of a baby.. i am independent though and i can do things and take care of myself, my mom is also very very helpful through this whole thing. instead of freaking out like i thought she would, she just talks me through most of it.. she makes me do things now, like laundry, dishes, cleanin, etc. and i dont blame her.. but whats in the back of my head as i do these things is will this really help me be a better mom.? im only five weeks today and i am already very protective.. and the baby hasnt even came out of my belly.. is it normal to be this protective..?

• yeah im already pregnant... about four weeks. i have an appt. with the doctor on wednesday and just worried i wont be a good mom, its also tearing my family apart. my dad never talks to me anymore since he found out and my mom is wanting to leave him.. i dont believe in abortion or adoption and yes we did intend on it happening but when we done and did it we wanted to take it backk..
  im just worried i wont be a good mom and ill mess up somehow. and im worried about the baby having something wrong with it.

• oh and another thing.. my boyfriend also is worried he wont be a dad and he'll end up being like his dad.. but i know that he's nothing like his dad, but he made a good point.. he said that parenthood comes naturally. that we'll know what to do when the baby comes.. do you agree with him?

• I pretty much agree with him, people have been having babies over the whole history of the human race at ages younger than you are now so being a good mom is just a matter of you wanting to be a good mom and same for him being a good dad. You have to always remember that your baby had no choice in when it was born so it's always up to you to take good care of everything because a baby can't do anything for the first few years.
  Look at it this way, children and parents form a family partnership. You take good care of your children with love and lots of hugs while they're growing up and one of these days when you are much older and can't take care of yourself, they will be there to take care of you just as good as you took care of them.

• my mom did that for me and my older brother when we were younger and i always have said i would help her, so i can see what you mean the huggin and taking care of the baby like that.. my boyfriends parents on the other hand never showed that they cared about him, so he had a rough life growing up. and he is afraid that he'll do it to the baby as well. but at the same time he takes care of me really well. if i feel sick he'll do what he can to make me feel better. im only five weeks and my doctor appt. was yesterday.. my doctor appt was originally for me to get a pap test and aids/stds/hiv tests and also to be put on birth control. well we cancelled and i went to a guy doctor.. he gave me a pap test and the gave me blood work for the aids.. etc. i have to go in again on monday for blood work again to make sure the pregnancy is going good. and also i have a appt for a nurse interview on the 11th. which if i can ask you.. do you know what a nurse interview is? and then i have an ultrasound to see and listen for the heartbeat on the 27th.
  im excited for that one and so is my boyfriend..
  he gets to where he likes to put his hand on my belly and lay his head on my belly and say stuff like "i cant wait to see our babies face" or "i cant wait to feel the first kick" he is excited also as i am to find out if it is a boy or girl...
  i am very protective already of the baby, like everything that i eat and everything i do, i do not like certain foods now. i used to LOVE pizza and now the smell makes me sick to my stomach...
  is it normal?
  oh and thank you so much for being here to talk to me, it makes it so much easier when i talk to someone who actually listens and tries to help.
