You are 99.9% NOT pregnant. Even if he didn't ejaculate, if you wouldn't have used a condom, some seminal liquid from him could have still "slipped". Since you did use a condom, even if some liquid "slipped" it would have remained in the condom. The only 0.01% possibility of you being pregnant is if there was some liquid and the condom broke.
For the other respondent...don't play with this girl's emotions. She might not have had the knowledge but at least she asked.

there might be a slight possibility, but considering the fact that he didnt ejaculate and ur on birth control, its HIGHLY unlikely

There's always a possibility, which is why you should always use precautions. That being said, it sounds like you were only about 8 days into your cycle, which would mean that in order for you to be fertile you would have to have ovulated fairly early compared to the average. Also, being on birth control should have prevented ovulation. Birth control kind of works by tricking your body into thinking it's pregnant for three out of four weeks to stop you from ovulating. However, even when used exactly right, about 1 out of 100 women will still get pregnant within a year. If you sometimes miss pills, etc., your chances are higher. Last, although your bf not ejaculating does significanly decrease the chances that you are pregnant, some seminal fluid is released before ejaculation in order to "wash" the urethra and make it safer for sperm to travel through. This is involuntary, meaning your bf is not able to control it and probably isn't even aware of it happening most of the time. The tricky part is that the fluid can/does contain some sperm, so it is still possible to get pregnant even if he doesn't ejaculate.

Take home message: if you have sex, there is always a chance you could get pregnant.

Since he didn't ejaculate it's very unlikely you're pregnant however it's not impossible. If you're also on birth control there's an even smaller chance.
