Since it's refurbished, were you able to know if it has undergone such testing? Its very important to have it tested using test equipment because you'll never know, there are still parts that were not totally fixed. By the way, check also the batteries.

Its refurbish nothing like a brand new anyway try other psp charger. or just check on the batteries if you have a spare or if you know someone who has one try replacing it. If it works its your battery.

You're reading I jus got a refurbished psp and when i plug in the adaptor to charge it and theres no lights showing that its charging and it won't turn on
