my dad,i always thought it was because of a car accident that we were in,he died 6 weeks after the accident,i was 3 and he was 29,for some reason i showed my doctor his death certificate and he told me he had died from cancer,my wife's dad passed away about 7 yrs ago with throat cancer and this was my first time to see cancer at work,a slow painful death and seeing his wife and children heartbroken just tore me up and made me more aware that cancer is not just cancer,i swore to myself that i would give up smoking,which i still have not done,silly things us humans.

Yes my auntie 3 1/2 years ago a miss her lots she had a terrible battle with cancer. My uncle her husband also died of cancer too in the early 90's
