If he cannot admit to you or himself that he is gay, you have a problem. He will eventually have to come out and may cheat. If he is openly and comfortably gay and he still wants to be with you and you are ok with it, then there is no problem. If you feel he is not deeply fulfilled by you, good luck. Hopefully you can get him to realize and admit before it causes more pain.
