If you have been on the pill for 4 years and you take it the same time every day and you haven't missed one this month then the likelihood is a very unlikely 1%. What do you mean you got plan b right after and took it?

Well if you took the pill within 72 hours of sex you should be fine. Make sure you take the birth control pill within 2 hours everyday for it to be 99% effective. I usually take mine in the morning because I get up at the same time.
