If you have 28 days cycle every month, Which will be Ovulation date ?

    The day of your period is Day 1, the mid point is when you ovulate. Though it does vary for every woman it is about day 12-16. And remember sperm can live in the body for 5 days. So having sex on day 7 is when you can possible get pregnant.

    As your question was in Getting Pregnant On the Pill, I must remind you that the pill can only be 99% effective if it is taking at the same time every day and is not missed during the month.
