Keeping documentation about the procedures and results is extremely important. Making sure everything is recorded properly will help with diagnostics and continuity of care.

Medical ethics educates primarily on things such as handling patient questions about their health and results, privacy, and making appropriate decisions about how to deal with situations that may arise while in practice.
