Ripped Fuel is a fat-burner supplement produced by Twinlab. Its original formula had ephedra, but since the federal ban on ephedra came into place, the new Ripped Fuel has other thermogenic ingredients that promote fat loss.
Function
Ripped Fuel works by increasing the resting metabolic rate with its thermogenic ingredients. It also increases a user's energy level with different forms of caffeine, which is a stimulant.
Timing
Ripped Fuel is recommended to be taken before each meal, for a maximum of three doses a day. If you eat more than three times a day, you should choose take Ripped Fuel with your three largest meals.
Dose
It is recommended that you begin supplementation with half of the full dose. This means that you will take only one pill three times a day.
Effects
Ripped Fuel is meant to be used as part of an overall weight-loss plan that includes exercise and a lower calorie diet. When used by itself, Ripped Fuel will produce less noticeable results.
Warning
Since Ripped Fuel contains stimulants, you should consult your physician before you begin to take it. Also, it isn't recommended for individuals under 21 years of age, or for pregnant or nursing women.
