    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

A bag of disposable diapers cost $5 and up. The cost depends on the brand, size and number of diapers. According to the National Association of Diaper Service, 70 disposable diapers a week cost $39.90 for a newborn, in 2004. Around 20 diapers come in a $10 pack of disposable diapers. Two reusable diapers cost around $10.

Depends on the type and brand you choose to use. I use Pampers Swaddlers for my child and they cost me $19.97 plus tax for 96 of them in size 1. You could get a generic brand for probably $5.00 dollars less give or take.
