JACK AND jILL EACH HAVE 100 COMIC BOOKS. jACK lends 10%of his comics to one friend, and 10% of his remaining comics to another friend. Jill lends 20% of her comics to a friend. Do Jack and Jill have the same number of comic books left over? Ex plain .

    No. Jack gave:
    1) 10% of 100 = 10 +
    2) 10% of 90 = 9 For a total of 19. He is left with 81

    Jill just gave 20% of her 100 = 20. She is left with 80.
