I agree with you. Its messy. But most men like to get off inside us and after they work so hard helping us get off a few times it seems petty to deny them this pleasure. Unless of course you are of childbearing age and not using any birth control.

I absolutely detest "pulling out" or doing anything but being as far and as deep inside of her as is humanly possible when I ejaculate.

Having said that, my wife is practically on the exact opposite of the question: she can't take me being that deep inside at all (never), and she especially dislikes if if/when I try to 'bury-it-deep' just before ejaculating. If that is something you do not like then I think your men should honor your feelings and pull out, use a condom, or forego orgasm. These would be simple matters of accomodation and practice. They would just need to train themselves to do something different.
As a young man I became accustomed to doing without orgasm to avoid impregnating dates and girlfriends and to more effectively please them. Later I used withdrawal and got so used to it I still do it although it has been years since I was with anyone of childbearing age.
Most women however want men to ejaculate inside them seemingly without considering the consequences. They like the way it feels and for some it causes or helps them have orgasms.
